Coast Mesa Speedway

I have never been to the Speedway in Costa Mesa and everyone from the Street Chopper party was headed over.I have to tell you it was fucking a great time.

I headed over to Eric Webb's house to ride with him over to the party. We kicked in the garage for a bit and waited for some of his buddies to show up, and when they show up they really show up. They were rolling about 15 deep. Headed out and abouot a block form his house my ignition took a shit. That god Nick had an extra one at his house. Fixed it up and rolled over to the party. Tons of great bikes and cool people.

This Month's Header

June represents the beginning of Summer, Grads and Dads, and since school is over, for many families that means summer vacations. That in turn means (like them or not), there's no avoiding RV's on the road.


Motorcycles are RV's too! I did this goofy drawing of a over the top dresser in about 1973.

By the way, for many years I've thought "Vacation" was a weird way of putting it. I think the English have the right idea when they say, "I'm going on Holiday".
