Situated on Gendarmenmarkt, contestably the most beautiful square in Berlin, this classy bar named after legendary Berlin fashion photographer Helmut Newton, is certainly a place to recommend. The interior of black leather armchairs, oak tables and dark green marble counters and floors is perfectly complimented by the dramatic black and white shots of supermodels in various stages of undress.
Great selection of Single Malt, and Newton Bar's humidors are stocked with a selection of tobacco favorites, including those coveted Cohibas. Newton Bar has a friendly and very professional staff, with comfortable outside sofas, raw and sensual jazz music, and very interesting, shiny and good looking clientèle. The drinks are priced to fit the atmosphere.
