Chopper Zoo Supports 2010 Ride for Kids, Feb. 14









ChopperZoo  is proud to support the 2010 Ride for Kids in South Florida that kicks off the National Ride for Kids at dozens of locations in states across the USA. Details at rideforkids.org.

Ride with us Sunday, February 14, 2010 to raise money to benefit the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Chopper Zoo raised over $7,000 last year, and hopes to double that amount this year.

Rain or shine, riders are invited to meet at at the Chopper Zoo complex, 2608 South Federal Highway, Fort. Lauderdale, Florida. - Below is the press release:

We will meet at the CHOPPER ZOO complex at 8:00am sharp. We will ride to SPORTSPLEX, 2757 Sportsplex Dr. Coral Springs, FL 33065, from there take a scenic police escorted ride. We will ride back to the SPORTSPLEX for a light lunch and festivities. Please make your check payable to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. We truly appreciate any donation, big or small, to help these children get better. If you are unable to ride and still want to donate, we will collect it and forward on your behalf. Donations start at a minimum of $35.00, there is no maximum!!! Please RSVP for the ride so we can accommodate everyone who is riding or stop by Chopper Zoo to sign up.


*** Sidecars make it possible for young brain tumor survivors to enjoy the Ride for Kids safely. If you have a sidecar and would like to escort a patient, please contact aimee@chopperzoo.com for details.

The event kicks off rides all over the country - more than 350 rides in the past 25 years have raised more than $40 million to help children and to help find cures for pediatric brain tumors.
