Paul Yaffe's Copper Chopper on Arizona TV: See the Video

Bike builder Paul Yaffe is in the news on Arizona Highway TV and Paul Yaffe added some personal news last month, when he married the love of his life, Suzie Q! - wedding photo (Arizona, May 2nd) by Julianna Turner Salvante.

Arizona's Centennial Mascot, "Copper Chopper by Paul Yaffe" is on a 17-month tour at locations all over Arizona, where participants have a chance to buy a $5 raffle ticket to try to win the Copper Chopper. The final drawing - on the 100th anniversary of Arizona Statehood -  is the week of February 14, 2012 at the Best Fest of Phoenix.

Baddest Bagger in AZ Bike Show at 15th Arizona Bike Week

It's the final countdown!! Arizona Bike Week starts one week from today! The forecast is calling for some incredible riding weather and the party is about to begin. Pre-Rally events begin Friday, March 25, 2011.

This year the five-day event pass to $40. That's a $10 discount from last year's pricing and still includes all the concerts and events that Westworld Cyclefest has to offer. Skid Row will be in concert on Wednesday, March 30. Paul Yaffe's Bagger Nation presents Warrant on Thursday, March 31. Buddy Stubbs Harley Davidson presents Heart on Friday, April 1.

Chester's Harley Davidson presents Buckcherry on Saturday, April 2. Everyone’s favorite Sunday afternoon Cyclefest band, Mongollon will close on April 3.

In addition to the HandleBar Saloon, two new party tents have been added this year: The ABW Roadhouse and Cyclefest Cantina. Throughout the rally, catch acts by local bands: 74th St. Band, Cell Phone Cowboys, Coverz Inc. Hawg Wild, Hellbound, Jasmine Cain, Men Without Shame, Pat Roberts and The Heymakers, and Sludge’s Build a Band.

All Premium and Gold RV packages are sold out, but a few Silver RV and tent spaces are available, and there are still rooms offered by sponsoring hotels at significant biker discounts for the rally, with no minimum nights required.

Arizona Bike Week is all about riding in the desert, and the 15th Arizona Bike Week has some big rides and a poker tournament starting Sunday, March 27th.

Arizona Governor Unveils Paul Yaffe Copper Chopper, Arizona Centennial Bike Oct. 23rd

The "Copper Chopper" built by Arizona native Paul Yaffe to mark Arizona's 100th anniversary was unveiled by Governor Jan Brewer on Saturday, Oct. 23rd during the  Arizona State Fair. 
The unveiling of the Arizona Centennial Chopper was part of a Safety Day that included a bike show and a Bret Michaels Concert at the fairgrounds in Phoenix, AZ.
                                                                                 The Arizona Centennial Chopper will travel the open road for 17 months, promoting events and projects celebrating Arizona's 100th anniversary: Feb. 14, 2012. See more photos.

Paul Yaffe at Arizona Bike Week 2010


Arizona Bike Week 2010 - The weather is perfect! It was 69 degrees (F) at 9 a.m. and record-breaking crowds have been showing up in full force by 11 a.m. every day at The Hideaway Grill ... somewhere in Cave Creek, Arizona.
Paul Yaffe showed up on Sunday to party with Mark (owner of Hideaway) and Kimmy Cruz. There was a big 13-mile parade of motorcycles, horseback riders and antique cars up highway 101 on Sunday... and a woman won $1,000 in the Hideaway Tattoo Contest for her full back tat!

Get Your Bling Here! "I am just loving it here at The Hideaway Grill," Kimmy Cruz reported by phone today... "Everybody is just so sweet, and so layed back. And I found a totally awesome collection of crystal bling plus men's Hellenbach and Crybaby Asshole MC clothing at the Hideaway retail store."

"People are just loving this warm weather, and of course there is no humidity. So they ride out to The Hideaway and spend the whole day in the sunshine, and then ride back when the temperatures start to drop into the 70s at night."

This message from Suzy Q and Paul Yaffe - Hey riders! Time to saddle up and help make Arizona’s best scenery better by "helping boobs one bar at a time”

Don’t miss this year's smokin hot ride! Vince Neil of Motley Crue fame, Michael Ballard & Angie from the world famous Full Throttle Saloon, and celebrity bike builder Paul Yaffe will be leading the posse out of WestWorld headed to our favorite chuck wagon Toby Keith’s.

I Love This Bar & Grill! After filling up on some great grub, the trail leads us to the gorgeous, sizzling hot ladies of Christie’s Cabaret-Phoenix, Cheetah’s Cabaret-Phoenix, and Christie’s Cabaret-Tempe where we can water our horses and dust off our jeans! The trail then takes us back to WestWorld for some cold libations and the RATT concert in the Handlebar Saloon. Ride leaves WestWorld at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 15 during the 2010 Arizona Bike Week.

All proceeds benefit the Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center. Scottsdale, AZ. $25.00 Registration includes; lunch, admission to Cyclefest, RATT concert, & ride prizes. (1 completed application required for each rider) Commemorative Ride T-Shirts will be on sale at rider check-in.
